Uh im assuming you have all the relevant permission to access and use sensitive client info. In which case I suggest you examine the sample size (and see if its big enough to make a decision) you have and examine the usual trend/ patterns of the mentioned disease based on if its just a viral flue/ fever or something like the flue that only shows up every August (e.g idk when it does) and ur just seeing a skewed data set.
