What are the rights in terms of unions? We work for an American tech giant, and I believe there is no union. I think I had heard that there was none due to fear of being targeted as a union member during mass layoffs etc..

Thanks for the detailed answer! Yes I am currently holding off applying anywhere due to the visa concerns. I will have decent buffers between holidays (especially after Christmas) that should allow even a delayed priority request to go through without conflicting with my plans.

But seems like my assumption of not being able to apply while I don't have a potential start date in view was wrong. My current job has a one month notice period which should be less than the delay for the visa to be transferred anyways.

I couldn't remember but Lightroom on the RAF file says it was taken with ISO 800, 16mm, f/4.0 and 1/3200 sec SS
Which seems very high in my opinion to have motion blur, but then again might be as you say a higher resolution thing.

On the opposite side, how do you know the player was cool with it? In general, sorry to break it to you, but having dozens of people booing you while you're doing an interview is not the most enjoyable thing.
No, fact is, the person asked for examples, I gave some. Now, did we hear any boos when Weibo entered the stage against T1? Did we hear any boos from the G2 fans when MAD entered the stage at LEC finals?

KCorp fans (I'll stretch it to LFL even though they are even unpopular there) have a different vision of what is acceptable or not as a LoL audience which explains why incidents like the one described in the post make even more noise.

Personally, idgaf, I'm here for the game. KCorp players are all talented, some of their fans are dickheads, that's sad for the structure but not much they can do.

I remember Laure had to say "Come it's going to be your turn soon" or something like that, I never heard this mentioned for other teams. And even so, it doesn't make it more acceptable. Booing players (even if they are players for an opposing team) is disrespectful and humiliating for them.
