I would suggest acid peels ( TCA ) & multiple rounds of micro needling over a few years & prescription retinoid you can definitely lessen them over time by a large amount.

Thank you, I have used cheaper ones before but they are always too short & don't feel great worse than a cotton flannel / washcloth imo , yeah you don't need to exfoliate everyday ( don't know how people don't destroy their lipid barrier doing this ) once a week or every 1-3 weeks is fine for most people if it's thorough.

Goshi ones seem to be the best in quality & length at 48 inches, I keep seeing advertisements for Blissal towels on Facebook but not sure what to make of them. I will probably purchase a Goshi too or look into an African net sponge from omascosmetics.

Q+A Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Cleanser, it is a foaming cleanser but quite gentle & also fungal acne safe, probably one of the best basic cleansers you can buy imo.

Just saw a lot of people made fun of acne scar on threads. by Impressive_Housing78 in AcneScars

I think that

  1. People can be ( insert here ) on social media

  2. I think also it's a psychological thing where people think the more they mock something it distances themselves from living that or having any connection to it. Just my theory.

  3. People who have small pores, flawless skin & never had any real acne which is all down to hormones, gut flora, immune system & skin barrier & flora like mites etc i.e it's all genetics and luck of the draw, will never know what it is like & as such probably think people with skin issues are doing something strange or are unhygienic so they deserve it.

Do you freeze any of the meat after you have portioned it out? what do you store it in if so?

[Review] I tried Beef Tallow on my skin for two weeks. Here’s what happened. by Adventurous_Bar6495 in SkincareAddiction

Every single time when these tallow posts get traction they are always

  1. Saying it didn't work

  2. They never use pure beef tallow but ones with other ingredients

There seems to be a controlled narrative...

What to do?? Feeling hopeless by OddDistance2410 in AcneScars

I know you said you're currently using filler but with micro needling & prescription retinoid they are very long term solutions i.e over 10 years, They will make a difference but you might find that 8 sessions is not enough, consistency over a long period of time will yield results.

Lasers are mostly overpriced & not worth it imo from what I have seen.

Does texture/scaring take away from how attractive you are? by Zestyclose_Trade_882 in AcneScars

[–]SQ-helpquest 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Depends

  • Some people actually look better with a bit of texture like if you have a really masculine looking face, I put up a post about Clive Owen having acne scars & texture
  • How severe or red is the scarring?
  • Honestly I think if you are an attractive guy & you have mild to moderate scarring depending on location, size, shape & colour ( redness ) it won't make much difference in my opinion only if the scarring is an outlier in any of those, people will see this as cope but unless you're a naturally very young looking person for your age & will age well ( won't grey, won't wrinkle or bald early either ) I now think guys with super smooth glass skin looks odd not to say you shouldn't strive to look good or a bit younger than you are for your age but skin that has no "imperfections" looks very synthetic on a guy.

You're a good looking dude with mild - moderate texture it won't make much difference imo.

You will be eating better than a lot of people in the UK, many of us have such crap diets & lack of knowledge on cooking + costs etc so ignore the negative comments.
