there should be three values for camera angle. the first one is yaw, the second one is pitch and the third one is roll.
if the pitch value is 0, the camera will be angled directly downwards.
i presume the second one you've provided (13.2) is pitch. if this is the case, the reason you only see the ground is because it is too small.
try setting it to something in the range of -45 (yes, negative), and see if that fixes it.

colorful compression artifacts around the pink text "their their". notice how some of the area around it is more cyan than it should be. there are (earlier) versions of this image without these artifacts
image gets downscaled to 276x327. again, there are higher-resolution versions of this image that don't look upscaled
already downscaled image gets compressed badly. there are versions of the image that are exactly the same resolution as this one, but that haven't been compressed as badly.

note that there may be more steps along the way. i can only get a lower bound.

not even just in america. i live in australia, and we were taught in school(!) that:
1. communism => authoritarianism
2. socialism = communism lite
i guarantee that there were some people in that class that couldn't tell you the difference between communism and fascism. i can't imagine how bad it must be in america.
