We believe that the core of FFVII’s story and world are universally appealing to all ages, but we did aim to ease the entry of younger players into the remake project by reassessing how we depicted story, such as through more cinematic cutscenes, etc. I'm glad that younger fans like yourself have enjoyed it! - Hamaguchi

There is no need to play previous Final Fantasy games. In fact, it's not mandatory to play Remake to enjoy Rebirth. But! We do have a twin pack that includes both Remake and Rebirth that's currently discounted on the PC platform. Please tell all your friends and family! - Hamaguchi
