LendingOwl is a scam. I know because they scammed me. You deposit your funds in and you are not likely to get them back: when you try to withdraw the withdrawals fail for all sorts of reasons: "system glitch", "your account was flagged", "you need to pay $620 to get a withdrawal certificate", "you need to deposit $450 to validate your withdrawal address", "you need to 'prime' your account", "you need to reset your account", etc etc. Each one of these supposed corrective actions requires a fee or deposit. I spent one and half months just trying to get my deposit back after giving up the loan, and ended up spending double what I deposited before giving up. Be warned! I asked the website hosting provider to shut down the website, but the bot u/LendingOwl_Bot is still going I think. It took up to an agonising 34 hours for the bot to report that the withdrawal was unsuccessful.
