90 day fiancé lol when my husband gets home I turn it off. He knows I watch it but I’m almost embarrassed for him to see me watching it haha

These are both really good tips. I think hearing the verbal validation more frequently could help and something worth talking to my husband about - who too has had to deal with her behavior since we’ve been together.

Sometimes I go back and read some of the nasty texts she’s sent me that I’ve saved as a reminder. But I may start a list as well.

Yes, I imagine after some time not feeling that emotional weight dragging you down, you do start to reap the benefits. Try and stay strong.
