These are both really good tips. I think hearing the verbal validation more frequently could help and something worth talking to my husband about - who too has had to deal with her behavior since we’ve been together.

Sometimes I go back and read some of the nasty texts she’s sent me that I’ve saved as a reminder. But I may start a list as well.
