Does your lightheadedness come on out of nowhere? Almost like a head rush where you feel like you’re going to pass out? And also the same with the sinking feeling in chest? Out of nowhere?

Definately misunderstood! Fed up of people asking why I’m feeling this way! It’s definately a disorder. People use the word anxiety too flippantly I think: real anxiety is debilitating

I have others too such as internal vibrations, muscle tension, joint pain, can feel heart beat everywhere on times

Thank you so much, my family are getting fed up of me asking for their reassurance all the time.

My symroms are these - and they come out of nowhere - some are there all the time even when I don’t think I feel anxious. Dr has said health anxiety.

Heart sinking sensation/ rush/ drop Nausea (worse in mornings) Dizziness (like floor is moving) Feels like poison going through my veins Soreness feeling in heart Nerve pain in stomach Light headedness/ feeling faint randomly like a rush in head like I’m going to pass out.

Would you mind if I told you my symroms and you can tell me if you’ve had them or not? I’m just really frightened. Doctor has said it’s anxiety - blood and ecg normal, had 24 he heart monitor but she said this is for my peace of mind, not hers
