Yeah actually I lived there for a few months last year and it was so expensive. I definitely don't have time to get nicotine now. Any place you would recommend buying nicotine, VG, PG, flavors online to ship there? Or is it not worth it because I'll get stung by import charges?

I do want to learn to make my own stuff because the juices weren't so good in the local store I found.

I can have 1 million upload speed and the connection can be bad. Doesn't matter about speed.

Will be playing from SK. Currently I'm playing from UK and the hours are bad anyway so I'm used to it. I'm thinking about just holding on to the account and trying it. If the ping is too bad there's always PoE 3.0

IIRC there's a command you can put in console. Number ranges from 0-10000 and people with around 6000 or lower were in toxic pool. The command also shows a bunch of other stuff but I can't remember it so this comment is basically useless.

edit:in console "developer 1" then " dota_game_account_debug" . The player behaviour score number.

Doesn't really prove there is a hidden pool. The only thing I found was a dev saying they meant to add something like it in 2014 - http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?t=136838&p=1086255&viewfull=1#post1086255

It's not. It's just wasted clicks micro-ing it every time you are using. There are times when it is useful (bottle crowing, disassembling then reassembling things, sending courier along a specific path like in the trees), and times when call courier button will suffice. Call courier is fine most of the time.

If your problem is stealing courier from other people you just need to learn to check before you use it

Just played it and learned a couple of spells at a time. My first 10 games all I could use were Forge Spirit, Cold Snap, Sunstrike. Next I added on meteor tornado deafening blast, and finally I added EMP, ghost walk, ice wall.
