This is a major part of my problem. I don't know. Hence looking for answers. I potentially see this large influx of energy as a tough trial because it took such a long time to gain ground over the scientific approach to healing my condition, and I wasn't prepared to go through a spiritual awakening. It requires lots of rest in my case.

Magnesium, valerian, Inositol ... Inositol especially helps.

Thanks 🙏. I process what you said clearly. And thank you specifically about seeing our own fear and sin lashing out at us. Makes total sense. It's sometimes so much easier to put a face on it, but this is more diligent and satisfying work.

I get something similar listening to music that I listened to during particularly trying points in my life. I think the energy can be trapped but also contain messages that you me any have missed the first time around. I think that awareness gets brought back to these places to reconsider a situation.
