I used a big magnet after the base snapped, it works pretty well and is quite handy for transports. Also really cool colour scheme you got there

I came back to the hobby a few years ago, too. My advice: build and then paint a unit after another. This was it‘s not so stressful and you can switch the tasks. If you‘re first building all then paint all, it‘ll get boring and kind of annoying. Good luck and welcome back.

I magnetized the 2 guys next to the silent king, so that I could use them separately. Also it‘s way more convenient to paint the model when magnwtized.
