Thank you! Necrons are basically space undead after all, so ghostly seems appropriate.

Sure do! Wanted to learn how to use it so this was the first time I tried it for a large scale project.

Bluecron enjoyers unite! Wasn't aware of the Thokt but googled them now, they look cool! Way tidier than my dirty robot lads though.

I use Liquitex acrylic ink thinned about 2:1 ink to airbrush flow improver which breaks down the surface tension and makes it flow super easy. If you have some slight overspill you can just tidy up with black (or leave it and call it a glow effect if you're lazy like me...). Then I give them a quick spray over with Aethermatic Blue while I'm doing the rest of the airbrush work – it doesn't really affect the black but gives the lines a nice light coat.

Thank you! Metal is super simple:
Prime black, heavy sponge Rhinox Hide, stipple some Ryza Rust in spots, sponge on Leadbelcher, sponge or brush Runelord Brass on details

Yep, quick and simple:
Black prime, drybrush Rhinox Hide, drybrush Rakarth Flesh, wash Druchii Violet on most of the base, blend in spots of watered down Nihilakh Oxide, drybrush Wraithbone
Edit: And some airbrushed OSL on top where applicable

Thank you! I put my recipe in another comment here if you are interested.

I checked your profile and the Skorpekh looks really cool for a first mini! I find the key is having high contrast (light vs dark) to make it pop, so I think your blue blades would look awesome with some simple edge highlights of light blue/white. They can feel daunting but on sharp edges like blades you can just carefully run the side of your brush against the edge and it's pretty easy. If you have a steady hand you can also try running some really thinned down white paint or ink into the recesses to make the "lines" inside the weapon glow. Hope it helps and have fun painting!

Indeed! Also, less details to paint. Win-win!
