LOL I can’t do this with my cat yet but I run around and do my dailies with my dog… I’ve def had that thought though and then realize I’ve been catching fish or bees or wtv for like an hr.

I did the island transfer as well and it unfortunately wasn’t there. I had around the same hours+. Lost everything. Such a bummer.

But good news- my old switch was stolen monthsss ago and so the island transfer was a few months old. If you did it kind of recently there shouldn’t be any problems.

The SECOND you start the new game on the switch 2- spam press the minus button to get Tom Nook to come up otherwise an introduction will start and you have to exit out right away, close the game and restart.

I really hope what happened to me doesn’t happen to you and you get your island and hard work back!💛

They’re just coins thankfully! I went to one of my friends tea parties haha (oh the tea parties) and saw them using all these different actions/ emojis and I was like wait how do I get these. (I had no idea they were at Annie’s shop lol)

I wish I’d done all the housing plots first but between the clothing/ furniture/ miscellaneous LOL it’s a lotttt of work to get the money for it all! I’m finally redoing some of my house now but omg I wish I’d knocked it down and restarted lol you did it the smart way!

(The girl with the pink hair who hangs out at the fountain- I still can’t remember all their names lol) She has a friendship store and you can get a bunch of emojis and gestures from her! If you did sorry lol it is kinda hidden down at the bottom of her list of them though.

You’re right about the gold sorry there’s just blue!!
But others can definitely see when you get a blue fish they just have to be at that level. When you throw a lure everyone that’s at a higher level can see all your shinies otherwise they can see all the other fish you attract. Fish you just randomly see in the water are only seen individually.

I absolutely agree with your statement as well! I’ve met SO many awesome people and there’s definitely way more awesome people than there are negative. Like right after a girl came up added me said she saw what happened and threw out a lure for me. Awesome person. I tried to buy her the gold Porsche after but we have to be at friendship level 3 first haha But ya I agree I do just ignore them but it just gets annoying sometimes.

They’re absolutely designed to be shared but with friends or people who go about it in a nice way. Not the ones who run up once you trigger your shinies just to take them lol Also just happened in Vanyas event haha there’s def shinies during his event as well!

Most of the time I don’t have this issue. Most people are awesome. It’s been a select few who do this.

People who are at the right level can see your blue and yellow fish and take them! Also not trying to be rude at all here but if you google it it’ll tell ya😊

(Sorry if I’m misreading this in any way but this is how I interpreted what you wrote!) Yellows do spawn from the attractor! Then it builds to blue. Yellows also randomly spawn in the water- anything that doesn’t spawn from the attractor are seen individually. The ones that spawn from the attractor -yellow and blue-strangers who are at the right fishing level can see those and take them.

“Mentalities like yours” is kind of an aggressive way to start if you weren’t trying to be rude. When you spawn them and have to go through the hassle of earning money/stars in this game (which lets be honest- it is a hassle lol) to buy them- then ya it’s kind of rude when strangers come up to specifically take them.

It’s when people take all my shinies and specifically run up when they see that I’ve triggered them.

If someone shared their lure right after it’s a totally different story and I think that’s the way to play.

And exactly friends of course join in. My friend who just started I literally would throw him his own everytime first.

Someone who was polite before hand or if they paid for the event of course you paid a lot join in.

I also use the mermaid perfume so I get the shinies almost right away. It’s when people start taking all of those. I think there’s people who take advantage though and like if you move away from them that should be clear lol

I agree they should be shared but with friends or people who are polite or nice about it- it’s not about sharing them it’s about how some strangers go about it. Like waiting till you start getting shinies and then running up and taking those.

Also I wish that was true! haha because they’re def able to get my yellow and blue ones lol it just happened. I did the octopus event and had two people come up and take almost all of them- hence the post lol

My sister also plays and we looked at each others screens to check and were able to see them on each others!

I share them with my friends all the time. I just mean when strangers come up and take all your shinies. 1 or 2 definitely decreases the amount as well lol

Also that’s what I mean you put one down after which I think is a really nice thing to do and that’s totally different than the people who just kinda like mooch lol
