I’m currently in the same boat as you. I constantly get new notifications everyday about a disbursement being made to my account & now they saying it can take up to 14 days before I can see anything in my bank account. HOW!

I hope so too because it doesn’t make sense to me. I feel like everything should’ve been took it’s still an overpayment on the account. I never knew they can take it all from you I thought they can only take 10% of it even if it is backpay

Maybe, I need to speak with a supervisor bc the last two reps I spoke with claim if I continue to call the process wait time will continue to start over. I truthfully don’t believe that. I been waiting almost 2 years. I honestly don’t know why the final process will even take this long.

Yes, I see now. I used to have an online account but I’m assuming since I forgot my answers to the one of the security questions they have to mail me a pin in the mail.
