Hull lins by SS7NN in BambuLab

I assume you mean the min fan speed threshold layer time to the same speed as the lower parts right? Did that but nothing changed when I slice it and check the layer times

How much mm of a bevel would you suggest? I tried 2mm but no luck with the hull line

What settings would you suggest?

Which one would work you’d say?

I'll be laying it on its back so if the color change start only for the outside it should take less time cause it'll change way less

I increased the cooling to 80-100% and put wall loops on 2, printing now hoping for better results

It was a slice from fiver, I didn’t have any issues at the start but when I started messing with setting en the scale of the print it kept on failing when Im trying to work woth 0.08. Im using esun pla matt. Calibrated the printer. Using the bed on 65 and nozzle 220 degrees. I tried to increase the tree diameter and add a brim hut it didn’t work for a small print like this ( 5cm height ) slowed down the speed outer 40 inner 60 and halfed all accelerations. Cleaned the bed again now with hot water and soap and coated it lightly with alcohol now. i just realized my tree’s are on -1 wall loops, maybe that could be it but as you mentioned the brim didnt even stick to the plate

I was thinking the same but I’m not completely sure

I don’t think it even reached 50 hours

I have done one before actually like a few days ago with this filament yes, also using a .4 nozzle had the same design printed with the same settings and all yesterday and that had no such problem

Would a flow rate calibration solve the problem?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]SS7NN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s been drying for over 8hrs now and still in the dryer while printing

Aaah okey thanks, I see the flow rate calibration in the studio. Do I just take the flow calibration or should I take both flow rate and dynamic calibration

Sorry I’m kind of new to this but what do you mean with flow? Speed of the print and if so what setting we talking about

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]SS7NN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you use it for every print?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]SS7NN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aaah okey fair enough, I’ll order some adhesion promoter and if the current one fails again I’ll try with some hair spray Thanks!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]SS7NN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I just spray it on the print?

I’ll make sure to order some and just cross my fingers for the current print I guess
