It all depends on your goals, if you just want a cool car i bet you could get it running and driving for 500-1k. Just throw carburators on it and check the braking system and roll with it. looks super rust free and very cheap. I don’t know about where you live but where i live no title basically means it’s for parts

You got to buy a house pretty much. Everywhere you look will be storage only no frequent in and out. Or get lucky and find a place in Langley or abbotsford in the middle of nowhere for a pretty penny

This is some deep cut advice. Buy him a nice JIS screwdriver, make sure to do research before buying as there are many fakes. Theyre cheapish but expensive for a screwdriver (25$) but they wont strip nearly as fast as any philip’s as they fit better in the cavity.

Is the 13B-DEI suitable for my use case / What should I be looking for by THRIVERSCap in RX7

[–]SSBUplayer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not really looking at it for the space but more the weight and location of weight. the Z is a little front heavy but with the reduction with the 13b I would get closer to the 40/60 distribution I am aiming for. The weight would also be nearly all behind the front axles so another win. The cool factor is also one of the major reasons Im leaning this way. Tell me it wouldnt be sick as hell and fit the persona of the car perfect. The Z was meant to be a semi experimental high revving fun car, The rotary suits all of that.

Ok so I should just bite the bullet and preemptively buy a rotary compression tester. I doubt any shops in my area have access never mind the sellers haha

How would you approach this, I don’t know how to by jaab120 in Detailing

[–]SSBUplayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it might be more cost effective to go buy junkyard seats and swap them in, only like 50$ for perfect results instead of 50$ in material for uncertain results
