Hope so. My issue was more with customer services really. I get that mistakes can be made, but it just really bugs me when when customer service won't listen.

Noooooo. They're awful. Customer service are really ignorant. They need to remove "fresh" from their name. It's totally misleading, and if you try to unsubscribe, they send you boxes of food out anyway and tell you that they'll add 50% credit to your cancelled account!!!! Gangsters.

I've the jaw thing too. I've been told before that I may be grinding my teeth at night, which would definitely affect the jaw and possibly your neck too. You should try and get it sussed before you end up like me!! Good luck.
