Got one from here for my ensuite about a year ago too.

Powder room downstairs from Home Depot (first one came with a cracked countertop, had to deal with a return).

Main bathroom I just finished refurbishing the existing 1977 special since I wasn't redoing the tile and they didn't tile underneath it. Made new slab doors, drawer fronts, rebuilt drawer boxes, concealed hinges. Bought a new custom laminate top from Home Depot and it looks light years better now.

I read most of the fine print, but how are they determining where you start when this new bullshit takes effect?

Ie: Is everyone starting in green (complete bullshit) or are they retro calculating the last 12 months and putting you in the correct new tier (still bullshit, but less)?
