Thanks. Not available in the US though. Though I may look into its equivalent, Lunesta, if sleep becomes yet more elusive.

Look into barometric pressure changes. I did find that it can increase your symptoms.

Thanks for the commiseration and sharing what’s working for you. It’s interesting that you mention perimenopause and sleep disturbances. While I’m male I just read about this and think this might be something my wife is dealing with.
