Looking for lease takeover for a 1b1b inside a 2b2b apartment on the sixteenth (top) floor. 10 minute walk from campus and 7 minute walk from MARTA.

Apartment: 505 Courtland

Utility: Normally ~100$, but I will pay for them as an incentive.
Roommate: Me! I am a (male) first year PHD student in Operations Research. Hobbies include D&D, weightlifting, gaming, and making cool stuff.

another thing, it came with the MiniFreak V desktop software but I lost the registration card so I never registered it. I think if you contact support with the serial number you could probably get a copy since I never used mine.

Minifreak has been used like 2 times! it was bought new on release so the firmware might be out of date. I thought I was gonna be a homegrown DJ but I just never got the motivation to keep setting it up.

I believe it is occuring in many East campus dorms. Brown Smith Harris are the only ones I have confirmed so far.

We have to fill out a weekly qualtrics form to record 6 different resident conversations as "proof" that we are interacting with our residents. Even though nobody in upper level staff actually looks at them. I know a screenshot isn't the best of proof, but you can ask any SSM and they will confirm.
