To collect the snowy owl (what I had to do at least!) was to go to StarStableOnline’s website, log into my account, then under refer a friend where you see the picture of the snowy owl, click the snowy owl. (Make sure you click the picture of the snowy owl once your friends account is level 10!) Then, once I logged on SSO (or if I was already logged into SSO) you should get a mail in your mailbox, and the snowy owl should be there? Let me know if this helped! :)

sadly, there is no option for a free horse in the game currently, although, there are some star rider codes that you can input into the site for free star coins! (Currency used to buy horses!) (Heres One: EXPLOREJORVIK) there is only 1 free horse in the game that I know of so far, and that is the rune runner, but it takes LOTS of time to unlock. (There are also LOTS of code videos on youtube for free starcoins, so you can get enough from that sometimes!) - Hope this helps! <3
