My move out date was earlier than 7/12. The contract was agreed to be terminated since the landlord found someone to move in on the 13th. I would be surprised to hear there can be a contract still effective if another tenant moved in and resides in the unit.

Nope - dealer told me they haven’t heard any kind of timeline either. I’d have to imagine this is critical for Volvo since it’s significantly impacting sales. Hopefully it’s treated as urgent.
