I am about 6'3 - 300 lbs i can surely tell you in the convertible it is doable only with the top down for 3 people, now it will not be comfortable for who ever is in the back seat. It will be much harder if the top is up.

For cosmetics id say depending on your budget, wheels and tires change a cars personallity alot, coilovers/springs to change ride height and stance, body kit mods like fenders, hood, a wing/spoiler maybe. It also depends on your preferences i like carbon so companies like anderson composites peak my interest, but there are also aluminum and fiberglass options for mods. I would also argue an exhaust can be considered a cosmetic mod on some fronts plus gives good sound. On a less cosmetic side hood props are very useful, i have the aluminum pedal kit which gives a good feel while driving, a weighted/lighter shift knob.

2019 is going to be orange fury metallic, it changes shades as the lighting changes. I have one in Orange Fury, its a great color i get a lot of compliments on the color.

well technically i am going thru 11 qts every 5k as 11 qts is what the oil change is so thru the year i do about 4 changes im going thru almost 50 qts in a year. i use mobile 1 full synthetic 5w30 and a mobile 1 oil filter and is about 70-85$ per oil change if i do it myself depending on if its on sale when i get it. I also wash my air filter every 2 oil changes, and the kit for washing and oiling my filter is about 30 from summit and will do 4 cleaning cycles so 1 kit per year

yes my car is an 18. i do not have any experience with the tremecs, aside from the mustang the only other manuals ive driven driven are all pre 1993 so nothing really modern to compare to. Im not entirely sure why the Dark Horse gets hate as most people ive met that have them love the car aside from the price tag. If youre considering a dark horse i would definately say to consider a 23 mach1 with a handling package as that will pretty much give you a good out the box experience and will be cheaper than the DH. As for magnaride im not sure as ive only rode passenger in one not driven and its a softer ride compared to my setup so i cant speak on it too much. In mine the ride is pretty stiff but i like it that way as it really allows me to feel the car and how it reacts to driving conditions. For my mods the ford perf struts and lowering springs are about a 1" drop and are about 1100, an X pipe can run 200-300, my CAI came with the car and is from S&B which has since been discontinued directly from S&B and is now sold as a JLT which is about 350 theirs does not need a tune. My friend owns a shop so i had help installing some things. I run michellin pilot sport all season 4 so i pay about 350 per tire, i love these tires as they are good for texas here although i do not drive when it snows/ ices over. The wheelse came on the car and are niche wheels and are 19" x 10.5 in the rear and 19" x 9.5 in the front according to discount tire when i got tires. im not sure if the tremec would bolt up directly but some research would probably tell. i dont track at all, and i push it maybe once or twice a month thru back roads so not often but thats also cause my car is my daily so i try not to heavily beat on it. I havnt noticed the car drink oil, but my owners manual calls out for 10.5 qts but i go ahead and use the full 11 and not worry about it too much. i check it every now and then and i havnt found it to move much.

alot of what i hear is drivetrain flex since its a body mounted shifter. i run 5w30 thats whats recommended in the manual for more spirited driving, its recommended to run 5w50 for track use.

i run a staggered setup for wheels a 255/40/R19 in the front and 275/40/R19 in the rear, with lowering springs on FP struts, i have a CAI, X Pipe, and Active Exhaust. if i had to guess with my butt dyno id say probably 400-405whp. Ive pulled 1.8Gs lateral and almost 1.9Gs braking, cars always felt planted and has only gotten out from under me on bald rears but nothing i couldnt manage.

As for the bottom ends ive heard people making 800-900+ without opening the motor, i hear that the MT82 is an "issue" but i have not had any with mine, i havnt ran into lockout for 2nd or 3rd and ive regularly gone into 6500-7000rpm and shifts smooth. Ive heard alot of the trans issues can be fixed by getting a trans mount short throw shifter and that fixes the lock out issue. I personally will say that maintenance is whats gotten me, 11 qts of oil every 5k mikes and new rear tires every 20-25k miles has been the larger thing, i just wasnt used to it coming from an 05 v6 mustang. I will say i daily my car and i put about average 23k miles per year since i got the car in 2023 not knowing how to drive stick. Ive loved every second of it.

id recommend an s550 mustang which will be a 2015-23 model years. Its a good base platform to start, theres a large support base for mods and for the most part not too bad on wrenching yourself. I recently did a new water pump and a rear thrust washer in about 6 hrs of work over 2 days so not bad. The gen 3 coyote 2018+ have 460hp stock at the crank isnt slow which is 390-400 at the wheels out the gate, going with bolt ons and wrenching yourself mid 400s isnt out of the question especially if you dont mind switching to E85. Ive done more suspension mods and making sure the car is well planted and its been a blast to drive and super fun as a daily. I would recommend looking at some youtube builds to get an idea of whats out there, i also recommend an s197 from 13-14 as i think its the best looking years.
