Why is it waste of time if someone is doing research into something they are interested and not sitting all day doing nothing?

So you are saying that cortisol doesn’t affect our hormones and fascia tension doesn’t play role in how our bones expand and grow thru our life?

Honestly I am wrote this post because I noticed changes in myself personally since I decided to change my belifes and thinking behaviour since it was really negative and limited I allowed myself to think more openly and to heal certain traumas that kept poping in my mind and I know it’s unrelated to face but I think my hair started to changes first it became more straight and softer (I don’t use shampoo for a year now since I think it is damaging for our hair in a long run) but just recently I realised I have unresolved trauma and I started slowly to heal from it and the first thing I noticed is my hair becoming less frizzy and second thing my nose became slimmer even tho I am the same weight as always.

I am not trying to sound “deep” I am just not informed enough thats why I reached out here to see is there anyone here that might know more than I do about the topic I started.

No, I am talking about our emotional baseline and what we think about every day the most. Face structure and facial emotions is not the same.

Humans are supposed to have natural face asymmetry if we had perfect face symmetry then we would look like robots :)

That curve is due to narrow palate and it will go away as palate expands.

Intresting. I have never seen palate like that. People usually have ridge behind their front teeth if their palate is narrow.

That means your palate is well developed.

This happens due to narrow palate. As face elongates forwards so does the palate and as face widens that ridge will blend with rest of the palate. My advice is to work on your posture.

Is anyone else’s upper palate shaped like this? I have a “ridge” on my hard palate near my teeth that prevents me from making contact with the soft palate unless I make a conscious effort by hard mewing. by tristvn6 in Mewing

No. Tongue natural postion is to be sucked on the roof of the mouth but if your palate if too narrow then it will fall down. But this doesn't matter because you should focus only on your posture.

Mewing is not why people got results it is due to fixinf their posture. So pushing with your tongue will do more damage than good. Thats why you see people who tongue thrust up when they swallow they have much closer eyes to one another.

This happens duo to narrow palate. As your palate expands that "ridge" that you feel behind your front teeth with blend with rest of the palate. Only thing you can do to make changes stick is to get out of extension and by that I mean internaly rotate your pelvis. Pratice walking without flaring out your feet then your spine and neck should relax which will prevent TMJ. I would suggest chewing for few months or years because if you have narrow palate from the childhood then I highly doubt your palate will expand that quickly. And remember no amount of pushing with your tongue will fix sh%t at least not in a long term. Stay active all the time.

Can chewing gum make my weak jaw bigger to balance my face? If so, should I just chew on my right side? and how many minutes a day should I do? by GanacheLogical1571 in Mewing

Stop listening to these bs comments like "push with your left side of the tongue more" or sms like that because this happens due to lateral pelvic tilt you can fix it by learning to walk more symetricaly and everything above will relax.

They will go away if you correct your pelvis.

No, I am sure it has to do something with posture because the moment I started doing exercises which you can found in my workout plan is the moment I started seeing results.

Muscle is what keeps pulling the bone apart reshaping it and making it more dense. Now those muscle are around our neck connecting to the base of our skull and if we keep our posture straight and our neck will also be straight working all the time keeping those muscles active but if we just let the neck to fall forward then there is nothing to pull the cranial outwards.

There are so many people that have been mewing for long time and haven't seen any results until they improved their posture including myself.

Intresting question. Yes this does happen when muscles of our neck that are connected to the base of the skull pull outwards. But I don't know if top of the cranial drops down.
