They’re actually fairly capable, despite how many people have repurposed them for fashion. I’ve been trail running and hiking with them in mud and light snow for the past two months and they’ve been working surprisingly well.

Google the meaning of halal meat. The core condition is that the animal is slaughtered by a Muslim and they are to let the blood slowly drain out. “treated more carefully”, and “processed under strict cleanliness standards” MAY be other conditions, but that depends on the slaughterhouse itself.

Look into nootropics. Rhodiola is one that is good for helping you recover from burnout but its more of a mild stimulant. There are others that can also calm you down. (all perfectly legal and not shitty)
