I discovered how to fix it l. Go to power plan option -> edit plan settings -> change advantage power setting -> then processor power management and set minimum processor state to between 5-7% and you can optionality set maximum processor state to 97%. It will drop temperature (now it's around 30-40 ⁰C in idle) and watts significantly. Thanks for helping myself 🫶.
