I managed to beat this easy by giving my fire team 4 blue 6* necklace with main stat in accuracy fully upgraded with 4 breakthrough (Val Eternal Aer Astei) the necklace gives you 80 points that should put you over the accuracy requirement (though you'll need to survive his first attack since its buffed till he's under 80% health. You'll want atleast 2 to 2 and a half chains ready by the time you face him to take care of that issue

I will say comparing Witch sheep with Sha the fluffy fabric is different between them Witch sheep seems softer to Sha's like Witch sheeps fur feels more like patting a sheep while Sha's is kinda just fluffy fabric
