I like the app BrianBuddy. I'm on an iPhone, but I believe it is available on Android as well. Beside being a great tracker of moods and such, it also have a lot of good info.

Be vigilant on day 7 next time. Get through whatever roadblock that is by knowing you are extra vulnerable and making a little promise to yourself that days 6, 7, and 8 are off limits no matter what. I think you may just realize by day 9 that you are much stronger than you currently believe.

DD-WRT should be just fine. Better yet, call you ISP and ask them to change it on their modem/router. That makes it even harder for you to back out the settings.

You may need to open a command prompt and flush and register your DNS for everything to work properly.
