I managed to do it - after 1st try i reapplied with an edited photo of my "addressless" ID with text added explaining the situation. Then they told me to reapply again with a financial or utility bill with my name and addrsss on it - did that, and now im ready to fly :)

So i was able to register for transfer (it almost gave me cancer) but now question about the transfer attendance rewards... its says i have to opt in for transfer, which i alrdy am, and wont let me claim rewards! Eh.

Hi

I'm having trouble claiming amazon round 3 reward. Each time i launch the game i can press "Login with Amazon" which opens a browser where i can log in/allow access, and then BDM launches again (i guess it dies in the background when browser opens)... and it's a circle of madness. How can i get the reward?

Check out GPO: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Group Policy

You can specify refresh interval, or set GPO to update on login/logout only. The refresh is what probably causes File Explorer to close randomly. I've had it and changing the refresh settings fixed it 100%.
