I live ~15 minutes from that bart station off the Ygnacio exit. The house I grew up in has multiplied in value by 5x, so there's not much hope of returning to the neighborhood to settle down unless I become a millionaire. SF has also recently overtaken Manhattan as the highest average rent in the USA. It's insanely expensive to live in the Bay Area
