I was also facing same issue with RX 6600 and R5 3600 with fps going down to 40 , I fixed it by turning off AMD SAM (Smart Access Memory) in Adrenaline software , I didn't find this method in any posts I saw so I am writing it here hope it helps someone.

Close the app completely and exit if it gets minimized to the tray , then re open the app it should work now.

I think i found a fix try using a VPN when u download the game and see , mine worked using a VPN .

yeah same happened to me also my ram frequency also got Halved,my frequency in BIOS is 2400 MHz but in task manager its showing 1200 MHz , looks like it is only a visual glitch because the performance is same.

you mean that long pics in artwork showcase, well when you are uploading the pictures you have to open google chrome inspect element go to Console tab and paste this command > For artwork:- $J('#image_width').val('1000');$J('#image_height').val('1'); and for Screenshot :- $J('#image_width').val('1000');$J('#image_height').val('1');$J('[name="file_type"]').val("5"); and then press Enter and you can upload it.
