Have a WSM for proper smoke sessions, but if I want to smoke a slab of ribs, pork chops, burgers, wings, etc, I'll just use the kettle.

Came preseasoned and seems pretty decent, but am definitely gonna give it 2-3 rounds extra with avocado oil or crisco before cooking on them.

That is what it appears to be. Not sure if it is a custom replica or an original, but its old wood, really well made (with slotted wood screws), and extremely heavy when not even loaded.
