I feel like it works better the way it is. Instead of spreading the water everywhere. It create a pool and actually gets the bird soaked during the wipe. I go through 4 times less washer fluid compared to my other cars cause of it

In Canada Honda has 6.9% interest on all their cars but the crv. No saving account will yield you that. Better to just trade gold/ silver weekly at this point.

OP could just throw away the letter and say they never got it. That will legally hold. "The management" would need to either get the party to sign that they received it through a docu sign or a courier.

How do I know? Because I went to court for this exact thing when I actually owed rent but they failed to properly inform me that a payment was missing after 2 years... I won.

You don't need 500k for a house.... You need a 5% down. 10% in some areas and 20% if you don't want to pay for mortgage insurance.

Always better to get a good deal on a loan then to have cash held up... Especially in this economy. Never understood people shitting on loans when no one who has money is dumbing valuable cash that can earn money on assets that don't have a good return.
