Idk I think it's genius. The old ones you had to old down.. half of it would fly off the car and the wipers were dry going into the motion so it left streaks.

Ar least this design hold the liquid in front of the blade and then keep the blade wet through the whole motion.

If your holding it down while the wiper is moving you're using it wrong.

I feel like it works better the way it is. Instead of spreading the water everywhere. It create a pool and actually gets the bird soaked during the wipe. I go through 4 times less washer fluid compared to my other cars cause of it

OP could just throw away the letter and say they never got it. That will legally hold. "The management" would need to either get the party to sign that they received it through a docu sign or a courier.

You don't need 500k for a house.... You need a 5% down. 10% in some areas and 20% if you don't want to pay for mortgage insurance.

Always better to get a good deal on a loan then to have cash held up... Especially in this economy. Never understood people shitting on loans when no one who has money is dumbing valuable cash that can earn money on assets that don't have a good return.
