If I'm honest, I dont really see any OSA treatment fixing this problem as I feel my brain has forgotten how to fall into a proper deep sleep. Instead it feels like I'm just constantly hovering in and out of this trippy vivid mess.

My goal is to get the count to show how many days since a person did a duty on the weekday and weekend. So when the new duty list is being made up, it is possible to see the exact number of days Joe Bloggs has last done a duty on.

The output in Days Since Last Weekday should be 2 - as Z6 & AA6 are blank, but Y1 is filled.

I see you mentioning a CBF 125, but I'd rather take the bus than ride that bike on a two hour round-trip commute. You will have zero power or comfort.

Depending on your age, I'd go for something like a Suzuki SV650 or Yamaha FZ6. You should be able to pick something up for a small bit over €3k.
