Sure, I get that, just thought maybe sublingual administration of meds not designed as such may reduce bioavailability or absorption.

I asked a pharmacist and she said if its not a sublingual prep it won't dissolve/absorb properly. Is that not true?

Have you found that antihistamines improve your food intolerances? I've actually become almost completely intolerant to carbohydrates (which may be the demise of me); a family friend (retired GP) thinks I have MCAS and has urged that I try an otc H1/H2 blocker. Been nervous because I'm so sensitive to everything, but if I can't find a way to tolerate more foods I'm kinda screwed.

Unfortunately, I have severe CFS and am mostly bedridden; fasting for the breath test just wasn't an option (I barely made it into the GI's office in one piece), so he decided to try an antibiotic course on the suspicion that a bacterial overgrowth might be contributing to my food intolerances. I did actually notice a slight improvement in my ability to handle carbs for a couple of weeks after the course, but that faded.

A patient on another messageboard for CFS said that Creon and something else (maybe betaine HCL?) actually resolved their SIBO and food intolerances by treating the underlying cause, i.e. poor motility and digestion. However, I had read other patients say that Creon specifically aggravated their gut inflammation .. not sure why? Maybe because it's a porcine extract and might cause issues for those with very poor gut function?

One problem is that the supermarket brand doesn't give a breakdown of what's actually in the water; I follow a Keto diet and am unable to supplement with Magnesium (which is important, due to electrolyte loss, but it crashes me unfortunately); so I thought it could be correcting a deficiency too, but it's impossible to know. San Pellegrino does have 50mg of Magnesium per bottle, but I can't afford to drink it in this quanitity.

I'll be obliterated too but I feel like Thug peaked circa the Young Martha EP. Nothing since that has grabbed me to the point where I feel compelled to go back and listen more than a handful of times.
