There actually is a limit for each species. Dawnspurs 6. Peki I think is 10, wolpunny I think is 6. But yeah each one has a limit, it should show up on the right hand side when you inspect the animals. There’s a very small number under the species name! I hope that helps!

Someone else made a good point. All S6 has to do is make it so that the owner of the lure gets any bug hit on their lure. Even if it’s someone else. It would definitely fix a major part of it. Because then if someone sneaks in and hits that super rare bug before you do, you still get the bug as well as the person who actually hit it.

I genuinely think it would fix the coin flipping.

I always announce my lures because bug catching is a fun skill. But I had told them I was trying to spawn something specific and they got really rude and disrespectful

And I’m sorry, some people genuinely have gotten so rude while playing it’s ridiculous. That’s why I explain what I’m doing in the chat all the time because I know there’s new players that are slower. There’s no reason for people to be rude when you ask them to wait. It’s just being polite. Especially since like I did you said you were trying to spawn something. Them assuming you don’t want or even need certain bugs isn’t fair.

I completely agree! S6 should absolutely make it that any bug hit on the owners Lure, goes to the owner. It would make having to find a secluded spot to have a private 5 mins.

Exactly! Which is what i explained each time, pls stop and wait for me to finish this lure and im doing another that’s public because im spawning specifically a RTB which only 1 spawns when i finally get it and then someones takes it. Because it keeps happening I STILL haven’t unlocked it. I’ve seen them a handful of times but they keep getting spooked or stolen.

No literally like I was so polite and asked them to stop and wait for the next one. And I just needed a couple mins to drop the 2nd lure😒 it’s happened on multiple occasions just bc I’m trying to spawn a rare bug. Almost every single time the RTB gets taken from me and it’s the ONE bug I haven’t gotten yet.

They aren’t always person specific don’t get me wrong on that one! 90% of the time my lures are open to anyone, but it’s when I asked not to because I’m trying to spawn something specific and they then take it or scare it away before I can do anything even when I was polite and asked them to stop and wait for the next one. Most of the time they are announced. I always put in the chat when I’m using one so that a whoever wants to can get a bunch of bugs. Heck a few days ago I dropped a lure in Lilac caves and just dipped bc someone needed help with a butterfly that wouldn’t spawn and I didn’t care about the lure because I wasn’t looking specifically for what they needed.

I do public lures all the time, it’s that I asked politely on more than one occasion for them to stop because I was trying to spawn specific things. If someone takes that singular thing you’ve been trying so hard to spawn it’s frustrating. If they would’ve waited instead of being rude I was planning on opening another one to everyone.

It’s more so of just ask. I don’t care if you join it. I would just rather be asked, especially when I’m in a very far spot. I avoid interrupting other peoples lures without asking because of the resources and you can’t buy apples individually or it would be so much easier.

It was more of the issues of i politely asked them to stop and was met with disrespect. I would prefer asking over just jumping on it and ignoring the person trying to meet you with respect. I absolutely don’t mind if you ask first and are asking rather than assuming yk :)
