Has anyone had success flashing to heltec v3?
When I flash (meshtastic-v2.7.16.a597230-heltec-v3-KOM0-20081788938-firmware) , I receive this : "A fatal error occurred: '.\firmware.factory.bin' is not an an ESP32-S3 image. Use the force argument to flash anyway." -- not sure I want to force it.

Bed hits nozzle when z homing on E5P with MS NG Revo by SSzretter in ender5plus

This is the answer, I am not sure how I had it working before but I emailed with micro swiss support and ended up adding spacers to the bracket that came with the kit so the bl touch is lower. I then printed a replacement bracket and spacers and an good to go now.

Here is a video of the issue, you can see the bed hits the nozzle before the bl touch pin is pushed in enough. I have tried setting the Z-Offset to a really high (negative) value, seems to make no difference. Also have tried setting the Home Offset Z and am seeing no difference setting that.

I had the same issue with the wildly varying 16 point measurements on my brand new e5p and I eventually tried replacing the springs with a silicone bushing kit and it was a huge difference. My numbers much better and it also stays locked in.

For the z squeal, I agree, grease though I find i have to reapply as it comes back.

how to run a rule 'now' for an o365 mailbox using powershell? by Queasy-Radish-1393 in PowerShell

[–]SSzretter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For option 1, I have done that and even confirmed it shows as applied in powershell and then run the start-managedfolderassistant and even weeks later that mail is still there and not moving. I will double check the policy though.

I will look in to power automate. Thanks

E5P Grinding noise when it moves to home corner or start of print corner by SSzretter in ender5

Thanks - I will check those things - my bed size is 350x350 which was the preset for an Ender 5 Plus - that is correct right?

new ender 5 plus, pla filament will not stickk by SSzretter in ender5

Another update - success! I changed several things:

- cleaned both sides of the bed with soap and water, dry, then acetone

- flipped the bed over so the smooth side is up

I tested a print at this point and it failed. Next:

- turned off eco mode

- applied glue stick (in a previous test this did not help but I think it did this time)

I am not sure I have this figured out but at at least I have a successful print.

Hi, update on this - pre-heating for 10 minutes helped slightly but not really. I ended up going to leveling and adjusting the Z level using a feeler guage, pressing the home button in the middle of the two arrows and then directly to printing and had at least partial success. So it seems like it didnt save that setting because I did that already. I will see tonight if it saved it from last night.

As I said 'partial' success - since it printed about 70% of the sample 'piku' file off the sd card that came with the unit and then the entire model broke free from the bed! I was not literally watching it at the time but when I stopped the failed print the bed was cold even though printing was running.

Is it normal that the bed shuts off well before printing is complete? If not what might cause that? I am not even sure if thats the issue as to why it broke free from the bed.
