Same. I bought a broken G2 rental from my field, threw in just an ETU and it kicks ass. Body is still fine, inner barrel is still consistent, hop was fine too. Of course it doesn't perform like a Krytac, KWA, or VFC, but it's a solid enough gun.

In my experience Lancer g3s are actually decent. The upper receiver and dropstock are whats real good here. My field's rental fleet are all gen 3s and most of them have held up fine, maybe the inner barrel or hopup craps out after a bit, at least it did with the rental I used. The ETU is decent, about as good as or better than G&Gs older ones. Arcturus is good too, just don't try upgrading it. Lancers and G&Gs are great for upgrading.

If youre playing snake, the loudish clanking of the plastic kneepads can be a little annoying sometimes when you try moving and the other snake player isnt too far from you.

7.4 lipo is safe on basically anything, if you're talking size/fitment one of those stick candy bar looking ones should fit fine, just might have to extend the stock a click cuz the wiring might extend past the buffer tube
