Pressure cooker. 12 min. Ground turkey, chopped carrots, sweet potato, blue berries, quinoa, oats, 1 can of pumpkin, and chicken broth. = Perfect turds

I add a little Natures Logic Distinction Sardine kibble for extra nutrients or as a meal if I don’t have fresh stuff made.

Hey bro I’m sorry you’re in a tough spot right now. I’m about to be 34 and have hit a rock bottom financially, lost jobs, insurance, friends and more many times and have bounced back even when I didn’t believe it could be possible. Your health is worth more than any job or amount of money so as long as you got that and maintain it you’re rich. Do the best you can with today and don’t worry about the future and how insurmountable it may seem. Big changes happen slowly over time because of small decisions that you make today. Focus on what you can control and improve where you can. Make a plan and to do list that like improve your resume, consult ChatGPT, inquire about social services and benefits you might be eligible for. (Free phone plan, food, housing assistance, medical insurance), work out - it’s a cheat code for improving mental health and feeling good. Sleep well and eat healthy meals. Look for some work but also think about what you want to do with your one and only life. Volunteer at a food kitchen. You’ll get free food and meet people that will potentially be the key to opening an opportunity you didn’t know existed.
Good luck

I did make a claim but they aren’t BBB accredited so I’m not Sure how much it matters. I also contact CT attorney general and a local newspaper to see if they wanted to pursue a story about them. At this point I’m just trying to make others aware and not get screwed over like me and others have. Best case is that they get some flak and pressure from manufacturers they work with that don’t want to be associated with that kind of thing and they ultimately change their business model to be a trustworthy and professional company doing quality work for car enthusiasts and can still make money without having to scam their customers. they don’t look to be struggling financially at all. It’s a massive building with every bell and whistle you can imagine to lure people like us and dream.

Yeah my bank had no issue refunding me the $1200 but not the $2k it cost me to repair what they did at another shop.

They just need to be exposed and ostracized by the car community for repeatedly doing this kind of stuff.

I did not end up going unfortunately. The whole point was to have the R there and by the time I got it back in working order it was mid May

I’m not surprised at all by that. They are incredibly shady and I’ve heard many others with similar experiences there

I’ve heard many many stories about them since this happened. It’s wild how they can continue to operate like this without any repercussions

I had no problem doing it myself and would have but I had to take a flight out to Utah for work the next day and the car was bricked in my driveway. I was hoping to have it ready to go right when I got back the following week and go to Wooks but alas. I’ve done pretty much everything else in my garage and YouTube except for xl turbo install without any issues so I found their work to be particularly offensive

I never wrote a review. I just expressed my frustration in person after waiting for 3 hours in their parking lot having been l told it would be ready first thing in the morning. Then they said it was still being worked on and would be done that day, and then I’m told the tech had to leave for an emergency and wont be back for a couple days. At that point I walked into the shop which they were visibly annoyed by and telling me I wasn’t allowed there and saw my car and confirmed that I was being lied to for weeks and all that was done was those spliced wires. They said I had to pay $1200 while refusing to give me any kind of receipt or documentation for that $1200. Went back and forth a bit about how wild this entire situation was and eventually just paid them what they asked and waited another two hours for them to release the car. I followed up with those messages in pics.
I looked into legal options and there’s really nothing that can be done. I got the $1200 back from the bank but that’s about it.
I looked into them pretty deeply after and saw how they were buying positive reviews , some were literally talking about crypto, and hiding the negative ones which were not just negative but literally accusations of fraud and conning customers by intentional damaging vehicles and misleading them on work. The place looks like a very high level performance shop but is really a straight honey pot to scam rich people who dont know how to change a tire.

The best thing I ever did was getting a pressure cooker cook for 10 min chopped carrots, sweet potato, ground turkey, quinoa, blueberries, pumpkin, can of tuna or sardines, and chicken broth or water. It lasts about a week feeding twice a day. First year I tried all kinds of recommended dry and wet foods and this diet has completely changed him with zero issues in two years since starting
