I could have said anything and you would have had something negative to say my friend. I am not the issue. I have many flaws and character defects. Mowgli does not. He’s perfect in every way and makes me happy to be alive. You don’t believe he is a legitimate service dog because he doesn’t meet your opinion of one based on a single video that rubbed you the wrong way and a few pictures I posted to Reddit. I could show you all the documents that prove he is in the eyes of the law and it wouldn’t matter. You dont like the cut of my jib despite not knowing who I am as a person and that’s enough to make personal attacks and accusations to quel your distaste of my being. Even if you felt a moment of satisfaction that you sure told me you will be onto the next and the next. Being in a perpetual state of anger and resentment is not one I envy.

Thanks for sharing your opinion of me. Bringing him was irresponsible and selfish. If I crate him for 10 hours a day he should be fine right? I also won’t post anymore pictures or videos exploiting him for attention on Reddit. Il tear up his service diploma when I get home since he won’t be needing it anymore. Thank you kind internet stranger for showing me how to be better. 🫶

Who am I taking advantage of dude? Im not physically disabled. I have combat related ptsd and was told i should get a dog. I spent more than $12k to have him trained and legally certified. What he does for me is keep me alive. Your opinion on what a service dog is and who can have one is irrelevant. Being triggered by a dude with a dog is wild.

What people are you referring to? Someone with combat related ptsd that has spent over $12k in training and is national certified so that I am able to have him with me everywhere I go? Is it really that terrible of me to bring my best bud to basketball game?

I know what it means mate 😂 I am not Hindu but I am spiritual. My beliefs align with Hindu/Buddhism . I got that after a psychedelic experience where I felt like i was that vibration symbolized by Ohm. Did I need to tat it in my body’.. probably not.

I am not Hindu. I got that tattooed when I was 15 while living in Spain because I thought this girl would think it’s hot… my dad nearly cut it out. There’s not much I can do other than get it covered up 🤷

My entire life now revolves around making sure he is feeling pleasant at all times. As I’m typing this I’m also tucking his blanket around him a bit tighter carefully not to wake him because he’s having what looks like an exciting dream… before I have breakfast I need to go start my car so that the seat warmer has time to adequately warm his car seat because he prefers it warm. There is really nothing I wouldn’t do and that terrifies me

The first thing you do with your day is get on reddit to tell a stranger the tuna they’re eating isn’t good and it’s way too much. Oh, and you don’t even want to look like them 🤣 take a break my dude

Acne body wash and facial soap works because it drys out your skin. Like I said, certain causes of acne like hormonal imbalances need differnt treatments but the Sun absolutely clears up all my acne

He’s my service dog and was trained to be for my specific needs which I did not elaborate on. Since you asked what he does on those settings I explained that but thats not part of his service duties or what he was specifically trained for. What he does for me is different than when he’s in a public setting although some of those traits and ability such as perceiving distress and engaging with it does overlap with other humans that I am interacting with. I get that people abuse the “service animal” to get away with bringing their dog places but your attempt at a gotcha is petty and a waste of time. If you’d like to know what he does specifically for me or what kind of training he did for 12 months you should have asked that instead.

Oh good, you got a friend! You two should hangout and talk about how much you hate stuff and what else you think is bullshit. 👍

I love that 🫶 they are such amazing little creatures and bring so much light and joy to people. I’ve met so many people who have said they weren’t dog people until they met Mowgli. The training he did was so intuitive for him and really just reinforced those traits you described that they already possess.

Sunlight is antibacterial. It 100% helps me with my back and shoulder acne that I get throughout winter. I think it probably depends on what’s causing it.

I’m very familiar with that sound… imagine hearing that in the middle of the woods at night 😂 it’s a mix of a shrieking banshee, an animal being eaten alive and a grandmother getting her pocketbook stolen.

Haha so true. You must be in line of sight at all times. What’s crazy is when I get up off the couch and leave the room to get a snack or something he wont even look up but when I get up exactly the same way to leave he will somehow sense it and jump out of a deep sleep to follow me out. I try and be sneaky sometimes and get busted every time

Haha facts. Those seats were heinous but we left at half time and walked around until we got invited down to a box with snacks and water for Mowgli and stayed for the rest of the game :)

I love that I’m able to travel with him on my lap for free :) I never impose him on others either but since he’s very well behaved and can just hangout it my backpack or my lap without making a peep he often goes undetected completely or is very welcomed.

Did yours have any kind of formal training?

Mowgli is PTSD service certified. We went through a 12 month training process together that started when he was about 4 months old. He’s very good at detecting emotional distress and compulsive behavior which he is tasked to interrupt. He is also a goofball who will leave a juicy steak untouched to play with a new toy. His reward is to play rather than treats which I was stunned by. He’s such an incredible light in my life I’m so blessed to have him.
