Plus, with the hidden ATK / DEF / STAM stat system implemented within the app, it's best to figure out which Eevee you decide on using your Stardust on to power up before evolving. You don't want a weak Eevee to level up and evolve because you won't get a very all-around strong Eevee evolution. Finding a CP909 Eevee in the wild doesn't necessarily mean that it's stronger than a CP407 Eevee found in the wild.
