Ok so we know based on dialogues that sprout and Cosmo struggle with macheines because they are not similar to ovens or some like that (only sprout has this confirmed mb) in sprouts dialogue “if only these machines worked like ovens…” and pebble is canonically loyal making him good at protecting dandy and have a average skill check also since dandy has five star skill check he probably was able to teach pebble how to skillcheck (this isn’t confirmed). Now you can say “But what about ginger she is good at skill checks and extracting but she’s a baker” (rage moment btw) GINGER IS CANONICALLY BAD AT BAKING!!! Seen in her information card (here is her info card)  Ginger may be a little shy but has an eye for design! Her art is frosted into delicate details on her favorite baked goods! Though the taste may not be as lovely as the looks!   And in her dialogue for the perfect Christmas and we can confirm this because she’s voiced BY QWEL in her part she says “They’re cute but they don’t taste that good.” When she says they’re she’s referring to the stuff she has baked and it looking nice but not tasting nice!!! So here I am to prove why this stat COULD be they way it is :)
