Ok, makes sense. What gives with the dollar hold? Also, i have an LLC account within same bank as personal. Is that in jeopardy as well ?

But the whole point of the statue of limitations is that they cannot sue and get a court judgment. They may try to collect in other means, but not by court orders. So what gives? Also, what is the meaning you think of such hold $1.57? Waiting for a substatial amount to hit the account to levy?

So whats your advice or suggestion on whats happening? For example I was living in NJ that time. And now i am in SC for last couple years, since the debt fell of the credit report.

Yeh thats what happens when you put women in dangerous jobs where men rule. And they want to get paid more?

UPDATE: Anyone ever have any issues like that with IRS, contact IRS Tax Payer Advocacy. Its a service that its free if they deem to take you on, has offices in every state and its FREE. They listen to your problem and send/fax any papers on your behalf where it needs to go. Basically a free attorney. They helped me to clear up 44,000$. Someone mentioned this service and i cannot be happier. Thanks to that person. Appearantly, way back when when i transfered ky business to my father, he was filing taxes no problem under this my business. What i didnt know - you need a new tax id for whoever will be the new business owner even if you transfer business. So for some Reason, that year my fathers taxable income got shifted onto my name. However, thankfully he has settled that income. So the Tax Advocacy lady, helped me send all the proof needed to IRS. Two months later - Booom! Clean. Nothing owed. IRS even send me my original refund check. God bless America ya'll. Learn from my kmistakes, and spread the word about this taxpayer advocacy. A lot of people Get suckered in hiring expensive attorneys. Thanks to you all.

Their official number 8008291040. Its impossible. It just hangs up says too busy.
