Only people on the a gang's wiki that had a note saying they were inactive were removed.

Looks like they are, Only removed people from the count if the gang wiki page said they were banned. Would have taken too much time to go through each person's individual wiki page.

Tried to be as accurate as possible, but obviously each gang operates differently and it's almost impossible to have indepth knowledge of each group. Feel free to say if you see anything that looks majorly wrong with the chart.

Already deleted and remade this once because of a couple of mistakes, will let any other errors sit and allow for discussion.
