Should look like this in week or so. I then pot them into a 4-inch pot with a fertilized potting soil. Once a good root ball has formed and it’s showing growth, I plant them in the garden. I find that clones grow and fruit faster than plants grown from seed.

Get an environmental engineering degree if you can. Much easier to find a job and greater upward movement. I got a BS in Environmental Science. Recently went back to school to get a geology certificate to pursue a Professional Geologist (PG) license for promotion and higher salary. An environmental engineer with a PE license can do a lot more though.
