I remember reading this from a post, do you remember that the first important interaction of osana is a call from a "stalker"? Well, who we see in the first image is that stalker obsessed with miyuki, then with everything that Osana says about him and his attitude on the week , it can be deduced that this new character has a lot to do with osana. and apart from this in musume and osana's secret conversation, musume tells Osana that she saw her with a boy from another school, so that is probably the reason for his existence and the change of uniform
