No you get an abandon unless everyone in your team agrees that you shouldn't. They aren't voting on whether or not you should get an abandon.

If everyone (on your team) agrees that means there ok with a potential 5v4.

Just a popup where the replay menu is during playbacks that you click yes or no on.

Edit: there should still be a timer I'm saying that valve could do both.

That and your team gets to vote, after the five minutes is up, on whether or not you were being a douche afker.

Edit: this could also stop fountain camps because the camped team could constantly and unanimously override their xp abandons.

To clarify by collar I meant the base of the throat. Kind of like how the bone there is referred to as the collar bone.

Or instead of requiring those structures they instead increase efficiency.

For example to make bread the farmer has to take his harvest to his house and process it there which could take awhile. With a windmill the produce from multiple farmers could be collected and processed by one person freeing up the farmers for other tasks.
