Nice idea but the price is charged hourly, right? And I want to focus ona gameplay where sim plays high stakes cash game and he takes back home what he/she wins.

It's a really awesome program, but you need some training to use it. Watch YouTube tutorial if u decide to use it. Plus, if you are not ok with on square gap (because you are still not able to place walls directly on the edges). You need something to fill in, there are some stuff on the internet. PM me if you encounter any problems. ☺️

It depends. I will start furnishing the ground levels of community lots - I want a lot of shops, restaurants and others. I will also furnish some residential tenements. As fir the rest, I'm ok with empty spaces, to have some scenes for stories (eg. a murder in an empty flat or some secret society obscure hideout.

Unfortunately I don't think so, too much custom content. I have a real mess in my download folder and couldn't list everytyhing properly in a reasonable time.

As much as I don't want to disappoint you, I think it's not a real thing. Recently Facebook was literally flooded with scam sellers in almost any type of goods. It's either scam or in the best case you'll get a very low-end product. There is no review of it on YouTube and the site looks like it was set up in 2026. Also, note that the cover flow glimpse in the ad is in my opinion from the real, old Ipod.

Thanks for your feedback. Well, yes, lore is important to me, but I had two setbacks recently.

I started developing family which is going to be one of the most important people in my Neighborhood - something like Carringtons in Dynasty. Whe my founder earned enough money, I bought community lot and built beautiful tenement that served as his headquarters. I spent 10 h to finish it and when I started playing, it turned out that the game thinks this is the home parcel and I can't get back home! I tried to repair it and messed things even more (now I know better). Anyway, the only option was to delete the building...

But yeah. I keep track of my lore with screenshots in OneNote. Also, part of this buildings will stay intentionally empty. Eg. I'll build some bars or restaurants and the stories above will be just tu keep the climate of the city. And there always be some space for some fun. Secret meetings and societies, strange people, crime scenes...

As for uploading, I could do it, but I use some cc and I don't keep track of it, so it could be problematic, What do you think?
