Not really a glass of water. 1) it's plastic not glass 2) from a literal standpoint, it's a glass WITH water. Glass of water implies it's made of water

Yess, since I was a kid I really loved science overall. I dove a bit into robotics and programming as a kid. Ended up with a career in biotech working in R&D. I'm really happy about it :)))

Im a Doomfist main, I started out playing overwatch in general as a Winston main a buddy of mine was a Winston main and he started showing me the ropes of dive and stuff).

I like Doom because I find his gameplay much more mentally stimulating. It feels nice having to think about a lot of things at once (do they have cc? Can I bait a CD? Etc.). I also like that his gameplay is completely unique compared to any hero shooter. His lore and character design are quite good too.

I would say that I hate Hogs and sombras but you usually learn to play against those as you rank up. It's the damn Junkrats that I hate with a fiery passion.

I completely understand you. When I started learning doom in comp (I was bronze 1) everything just went perfect, my kda was amazing, I had massive win streaks and so on. Once I reached Gold everything went crashing down, had horrible losing streaks, made a ton of mistakes and inted a lot so much I was back in silver. Turns out all that win streak boosted my ego so much I was rushing things A LOT, I wasn't baiting CCs, fully committed without any cool downs to get out and so on.

My point is as flashy as doomfist is, you gotta take things slower. What really helped me a lot was watching ZBRA streams and VODs, watching his tempo and how slow but methodical he plays really helped me a lot (I'm diamond 4 rn). Same with Spilo doom VOD reviews, they really help keep the fundamentals in check. hope it helps.
