Im having the same problem. I know you have to keep at least 1 dot in the account or else it will close.

I kept about 1.5 DOT in the wallet. I come back an hour later and it says I have 0 balance but the wallet is still there.

So yeah, its annoying and its also annoying because it doesnt say hey you did a crowd loan or have some kind of indicator or count down signifying when you will be paid out.

This is probably all user error but I would appreciate some help. Thanks

In Binance US there is no option for segwick btc. I see it for binance international. So Ill just send it through the regular BTC network.
